This Saturday Workshop is designed to show participants how they can improve their eating habits, using plant based food. Leanne will guide you on what you need to stock in your cupboards, to whip up quick, easy and nutritious meals that are not only great-tasting, but will make you look good and feel good too. You don’t have to follow stringent rules or make sacrifices, instead the focus is on using alternative choices and variety to your home cooking. Focusing on essential and unusual ingredients, we show you how to achieve a balanced diet and tips to save time and increase your enjoyment of food. Menu includes: Garden Cocktails Sauces & Dressings: featuring egg, cream and milk alternatives Fillings and Toppings: for satisfying snacks and meals Bases: new ways with rice and pasta, and grain-free choices All food is free from gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, artificial additives, and preservatives.  About your Host Leanne De Cerbo is a former journalist and editor who founded plant-based URBAN KITCHEN Foods.
