Plums, blackcurrants, and red fruit, supported by balanced tannins, great food wine. Typical Bordeaux that pairs with a lot of dishes and a great wine from the region that will please the majority around the table.  Although best served with the Short Rib, perfect match if there are a number of different dishes chosen.
