The result, driven by our bar team through tastings and testing under Louise’s guidance, was ‘Armada Fifty’ , a much celebrated and in demand tipple by Irish Whiskey Connoisseurs. We are continuing the tradition of collaboration, with the aspiration to ensure this becomes an annual release with a newly titled whiskey each year. Armada Fifty One, our second whiskey blend with JJ Corrys.  Within each bottle we have combined some very special whiskeys.  Two 17 year old single malts, and a 9 year old grain, which have finished their ageing in oak casks under the watchful eye of Louise and her team.   On the nose: apple, pear and oak.  On the palate: an initial hit of mango which is joined by an array of juicy fruits and ends in a warm spice finish.  Enjoy now or in years to come! Armada Fifty Two, our third whiskey blend with JJ Corrys. This bonders blend produced with J.J. Corry of 10 year old grain and 16 year old malt.  Tasting Note: complex marriage of flavours with spicy citrus peel, bright floral notes and a hind of cardamom. Mist+Moss Gin, A very exciting collaboration between the Armada and Lough Ree distillery has brought about the Mist + Moss gin, what has made this product truly unique on the Irish Gin Market is that it sees for the first time, the introduction of Wild Irish Juniper, hand foraged in the Burren.  We included not only that but 7 other botanicals from the Burren, Armada Farm and Moyhill farm, and believe this has resulted in a truly exceptional gin.
