The top weight plate is a machined cast weight plate designed for a 10 lb (5 kg) starting weight (25 lb / 11 kg on the Leg Press). Precision, lubricated bushings for smooth operation. The magnetic weight selection pin assures positive locking to plates and is secured to a weight stack with a thick plastic-coated tether cable. The weight selection pin is colour-coded for easy identification. Guide rods are 3/4 inch (19 mm) diameter steel, polished with corrosion-resistant plating for smooth operation and rust prevention.
