A great quality waterproof (8000mm) functional, padded parka.  With ribber inner cuffs sleeves and reflective tape on the sleeves, star print on the back and piping on the hood. Great for kids who love to be outdoors in all weathers. Contains no perfluorinated chemicals, but has a polyurethane coating on the back of the fabric that prevents that water from passing through. Fabric: 100% polyester.  Machine wash at 40 - no fabric softener.
