Handcrafted in limited quantities, Knob Creek is patiently aged to fully draw out the natural sugars in its charred white oak barrels. Made at 100 proof this exceptional, full-bodied bourbon strikes the senses with a maple sugar aroma, distinctive sweetness and rich, woody, caramel flavor with a long, smooth finish.  Knob Creek is a small batch bourbon produced and distilled in a more traditional style and aged 9 nine years. It is named for the area in Kentucky where Abraham Lincoln grew up, it is said that the creek nearly claimed his life when he was swimming. Tasting Note Nose Spicy and sweet.  notes of melted salty butter ,toasty oak and a touch of rye with caramel sweetness. Palate Peppy and full. Candy floss and nut oil, a touch of spice and dark chocolate, a little spice and charred oak. Finish Long with a touch of dryness, with notes of nut oils and vanilla spice. 1x 70cl bottle
