ELABORATIONThe selection begins in the vineyards with the harvest that is done by hand using smaill boxes. Alcohol and fermentation takes place in stainless steel and then malolactic in French oak barrels of 500 liters. Tasting Notes: The essence of Priorat in a bottle. Ripe and concentrated, on the nose there are black fruits with notes of pencil lead, flint and a pronounced minerality. On the palate it is exemplary of modern Priorat, well defined, round, broad with a great texture and freshness. A long satisfying finish with lively acidity. A wine to improve over time.   Food Suggestion: A fantastic food wine this will pair well with rich hearty food; roasted meats, white truffle pasta, or charcuterie tapas.
