Pimms The most iconic of British drinks, Pimm's No. 1 Cup is a classic summer essential. Made by infusing quality gin with a blend of fruits and herbs, it's a deep ruby red colour and has subtle flavours of spice. It's drunk with lemonade or ginger ale for a sparkling, light tipple which is perfect for sunny picnics or lazy brunches. If you haven't tried a traditional Pimm's before, then you're missing out on one of the highlights of British drinks culture! Conventional wisdom says that you should mix your Pimm's with lemonade in ratios of 1:5, but we like to drink ours at 1:3. And of course you can't drink Pimm's without the fruit, so get ready to chop up some orange, apple, cucumber, strawberry, and mint leaves for a delicious fruity mix - and don't forget the borage flowers!
