The spirit of cooperation between the women led to the formal creation of the cooperative in 1927. Today, the Cave has members across Beaujolais and produces excellent value for money wines. We source the 'home' wine, the Fleurie and were delighted when they started to bottle under screwcap as it ensures every bottle is as fresh, bright and fruity as possible. Tasting Note:This wine is bursting with ripe red berry fruit flavours. It is soft and fresh, with delicate light tannins.
