It consists of a triangle bounded by Agde, Pezenas and S̬te : a limestone plateau basking in the rising sun covered in highly perfumed garrigue, rows of vines, and scattered pine groves. Tasting Note:For something a little different, this wine has a soft delicate nose, with pleasant hints of acacia and hawthorn blossom. Delicate and fresh in the mouth it has an excellent refreshing acidity and structure. Lots of ripe melon and pear fruits and a lovely crisp dry finish.
