Quality has never been so high. The 2016 has just been released, and the vintage is now seen as one of the greatest in the last 40 years. Located in the north of Bordeaux and at the edge of the Gironde estuary, the soil is mainly composed of gravels, i.e. gravels that are popular in viticulture's because they are known for producing qualitative wines. Plots here are vinified separately and those sites (usually younger vines) that not go into Lynch-Moussas go into les Hauts.
