The most important book to have in your kitchen!  I was given this book as a gift and have found it both inspiring (primarily) and reassuring.  Reccomendend by Ottolenghi in his cookery workshops, the pairings, recipes and ideas for the creative cook are just wonderful. It will be your go-to for putting together different flavours and textures that perhaps, you only imagined would work together. Don't just take our word for it, try and enjoy the joy of combining flavours for yourself. Happy tummies here we come!
