The primer provides a sticky surface that dries in seconds and allows the polish to adhere. The shine topcoat provides shine and chip resistance. The sealer provides a final seal for amazing durability. All dry clear. Start with clean nails. Apply Primer & Sealer, let air-dry; Add coloured polish. Set a timer: use a warm hairdryer on low-speed to dry each coat for exactly 60 seconds; Add Shine Topcoat and blow dry; Add Primer & Sealer and blow dry.
