Included in this pack is the Home 7-foot Olympic bar. A bar designed for home use, being slightly shorter than standard but fitting all Olympic size plates. The weight plates included are Olympic Cast Iron Plates. These plates are solid Iron construction with a classic gritty gym feel. They are also tri-gripped for ease of movement and extra exercise usability such as shrugs and front raises.
