Adjusting the strap is easy, you simply knot the strap at different points to take this from a crossbody to a shoulder bag. Or, if you regularly change bags, keep everything in your Jamie and simply turn it into a pouch to keep your essentials all together in bigger bags.  Our Jamie has been upgraded. The Two-Way Jamie bag now has a thicker strap (2cm) as we found most people use them as crossbody more than a clutch.
