Turf & Grain is an independently produced Irish magazine. Our ethos is that everyone has a story or thought to share that can teach us something and broaden our perspective. We want to share these stories, experiences and ideas and make people aware of all the amazing things that people are doing across the Island of Ireland.   In Issue Five, we ask a definitive question - who are the people of Ireland? To answer this question we will share the stories, experiences and ideas of people from across the Island of Ireland, and document their unique interpretations of our collective identity in this cultural moment.
