This personalised silver disc necklace features two discs, that can be customised to your taste: a tiny disc that can be personalised with up to 3 small initials and a larger disc that can be personalised with up to 10 initials or a date. The tiny disc pendant is layered over the larger one and they hang from a fine sterling silver chain.  CUSTOMISATION:  > Enter your customisation request in the 'Personalisation / Gift Note' field (after you add the item to your shopping cart), specifying what you would like on each disc. > Upper and lowercase available (specify exactly how you want the personalisation to appear). > Heart symbol, & symbol and numbers available.
