Move the brush horizontally back and forth a few times as well as diagonally in an “X” movement alongside the teeth. Do this carefully. Always use the interdental brush without toothpaste, and preferably daily before brushing your teeth. Clean the brush under running water. You should replace the brush after 7 to 14 days.
